How does pricing work?
Each product shows a starting price for its minimum order quantity. The final price depends on quantity, personalisation method and shipping destination, which is why we quote. Send a quote request and a specialist will send you exact figures, with volume discounts applied automatically.
What are the minimum order quantities?
There is no universal minimum order: minimums are set per product and shown on each product page. Typically 10 to 25 units for premium items such as backpacks, 25 to 50 for clothing, bottles and mugs, and 100+ for small items such as pens and stickers.
How quickly can you deliver?
Standard production takes 10 to 20 working days after proof approval, plus shipping, and the timing of each order is confirmed in the quote. Have an event date? Say so in your quote request: we plan production backwards from your deadline and will tell you honestly if it is not feasible.
Can you ship to my team's home addresses?
Yes. Individual home delivery is one of our core services. We collect addresses and sizes directly from your team through a private link, then ship the parcels to addresses across EMEA, APAC and the Americas; delivery and any customs formalities are detailed in the quote.
What file formats do you need for my logo?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) give the best results for embroidery and printing. A high-resolution PNG also works, and if all you have is a screenshot, our design team will redraw it at no cost.
Do you send samples before full production?
For orders over 100 units we offer pre-production samples of personalised items. For smaller orders you will receive detailed digital proofs with the exact logo placement, size and colours before anything is produced.
Is there a charge for the quote or the mockups?
No. Quotes, product recommendations and digital mockups with your logo are free, with no obligation to buy.
Can you match our exact brand colours?
Yes. We match printed and embroidered branding to Pantone, and recommend the closest stock colour for the products. Your quote includes the colour plan for approval.
